Kerry Film Festival
Kerry Film Festival (31 October – 7 November, 2009)
The Kerry Film Festival, now in its tenth year, brings films and filmmakers from around the globe to one of the world's most beautiful locations - the Kingdom of Kerry. The main feature of the Festival is a short film competition which focuses on young filmmakers seeking exposure for their work. And with a top prize of Euros 5,000 for Best Director of a Short Film there's a lot for filmmakers to get excited about!
Past adjudicators have included Oscar winners Liam Neeson, Mike Leigh, Jim Sheridan and Gabriel Byrne.
